Kim Jong Un reviews ‘attack plans’ on South Korea at top military meeting

North Korea’s Central Military Commission discusses ‘powerful actions’ against US and ROK as allies continue drills

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un reviewed “frontline attack operation plans” while pointing to areas of South Korea on a map at a high-level military meeting Monday, according to state media.

The Rodong Sinmun reported that top military officials at a Central Military Commission (CMC) meeting the previous day also discussed “expanding more practically and offensively our war deterrent,” appearing to refer to nuclear weapons.
