North Korea’s ruling Workers’ Party (WPK) will hold a major plenum in “late December” to review this year’s political and economic work and decide plans for next year, state media reported Thursday.
Top party officials including leader Kim Jong Un discussed the plenum plans at a Politburo meeting held in Pyongyang on Wednesday, according to the Rodong Sinmun.
