Defector-activist Park Sang-hak says he launched another set of balloons carrying aid toward North Korea, sending masks and painkillers along with a huge poster slamming North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and his powerful sister Kim Yo Jong.
The launch comes after an attacker, reportedly upset about Park’s repeated balloon launches across the inter-Korean border, assaulted the activist with a metal pipe at a protest last month, breaking his right arm.
