Two more children found dead in waters near North Korean border

Authorities say it’s unclear whether bodies floated from DPRK, though 6-month-old baby had not received ROK vaccinations

South Korea authorities found the bodies of a child and baby in waters near the inter-Korean border earlier this month and over the weekend, NK News has confirmed, with investigations ongoing into whether the remains floated over from North Korea.

The latest discoveries follow another case in early July when a child, presumed to be under 10 years old, was found dead in the Han River some 6 miles (10 km) from the border in Gimpo, northwest of Seoul.
