North Korea voted against expelling Russia from the U.N. Human Rights Council (UNHCR) on Thursday, as Pyongyang continues to support Moscow despite allegations that Russian forces in Ukraine have committed war crimes. 

DPRK Ambassador to the U.N. Kim Song claimed reports of mass graves and civilian murders discovered after Russian soldiers began to pull back from Kyiv are “not based on real facts and objective evidence.”
