The Biden administration has done “nothing” on North Korea issues since taking office, former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton has said, stating that the White House has revived the Obama-era policy of “strategic patience” in all but name.

In an interview with NK News on Friday, the divisive foreign policy hawk and opponent of negotiations with Pyongyang criticized Biden’s pursuit of the “diplomatic option” with North Korea, arguing that the strategy has “failed.”
