Kim Jong Un gifted thousands of tons of fish to the citizens of Pyongyang, North Korean state media reported on Tuesday, in what experts say is a conscious effort to uphold the legacy of his father and former leader Kim Jong Il.

One of the late Kim’s final orders, a day before he passed away 10 years ago last week, was allegedly to provide “fresh fish” for his people in Pyongyang.
