When it comes to getting around the North Korean countryside, it's rarely as simple as catching a bus or driving across town.

Fuel shortages, run-down vehicles and poor infrastructure mean that everyday people must be resourceful to deliver goods and get from point A to B. Most can't even travel beyond their hometown or region due to restrictions on movement within the country.
