The European Parliament Delegation for Relations with the Korean Peninsula (DKOR) is open to video talks with North Korean diplomats after they withdrew from EU-related meetings in Brussels, the chair of the delegation told NK News on Monday.

Two mid-ranking diplomats from the DPRK Embassy in Germany had planned to participate in the meetings this month, which would have marked the DPRK foreign ministry’s first dispatch of a delegation to the Belgian capital during the COVID-19 pandemic.
