The U.S. envoy for North Korea continued to press Washington’s willingness to engage with Pyongyang, reiterating in an interview with South Korea’s public broadcaster that the two sides can talk “anytime, anywhere, without preconditions.”
Speaking to the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) in Seoul, U.S. special envoy to North Korea Sung Kim said the U.S. “has no hostile intent” toward the DPRK, echoing points made by the State Department earlier this month.
