North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and the ruling party’s top officials gathered for the second day of a party plenum on Wednesday, according to state media.

Officials leading various sectors came up with “planned figures of which scientific accuracy and practicality are guaranteed,” according to the Korean Central News Agency. Splitting into groups to come up with a strict set of guidelines for the rest of the year’s state-led economic plan, draft resolutions were prepared to present at a larger gathering as the plenum continues this week.
