When it comes to natural disasters, North Korea stands out as the worst-hit country in all of Asia in 2019, according to a new report.

The Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC) stated that 4 out of 10 North Koreans were affected by natural disasters in 2019 — the worst ratio in all of Asia — while 395 per every 1,000 people suffered from the 2019 drought.
