Experts divided about intended audience of speech, but some say solidarity towards DPRK is clear

While President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden engaged in their presidential debate on Thursday, Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered fiery prepared remarks about Beijing's Oct. 1950 intervention in the Korean War.
