South Korea’s Gyeonggi province will attempt to deliver a new humanitarian aid package to North Korea after failing to do so earlier this year, according to a U.N. document published on Aug. 10.

The U.N. 1718 Sanctions Committee website listed South Korea as the recipient of a new sanctions exemption on behalf of the Gyeonggi provincial government, allowing the delivery of $367,000 worth of materials to build greenhouses in North Korea’s Nampho city and South Phyongan province.

It’s part of the “Improving Nutrition of Vulnerable Groups” project targeting “infants, children, pregnant women and the elderly” in those two regions. It
