State media reporting lacks details on plenum's second day, event said to remain "ongoing"

North Korea's ruling party Plenary Meeting was held in Pyongyang for the second day on Sunday led by leader Kim Jong Un, covering mainly economic and military issues, state media reported Monday morning.

First announced to take place sometime in the final third of December, the plenum finally kicked off on Saturday, but was said in the latest report to be "ongoing" into at least Monday.
