DPRK leader Kim Jong Un recently visited the nearly-completed construction site of a new tourist site, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Friday, declaring the project to represent “leaping progress” in the country’s architecture.

In a visit which marks Kim’s fifth to the site — set to begin operations in December — the North Korean leader notably contrasted the project with the Mt. Kumgang resort, which he was reported to have visited on Wednesday.

“He said he feels refreshing and reviving after touring the resort,” KCNA reported. “It is a striking contrast to the Mt Kumgang tourist area.”
