An Irish NGO and the World Health Organization (WHO) were this month granted exemptions from United Nations Security Council (UNSC) sanctions on North Korea, the website of the UN's 1718 committee showed on Monday.
The exemptions are the second to appear on the 1718 committee's website in the past week, with the WHO and French NGO Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) having earlier in September been granted permission to bring a range of otherwise-prohibited goods into the DPRK.
