North Korean leader Kim Jong Un recently visited the showcase construction project in Samjiyon County, state media reported Wednesday, using the opportunity to rail against “U.S.-led anti-DPRK hostile forces.”

The inspection is his fourth of the town since reconstruction efforts began in early 2018, with overall progress on the project characterized in his latest visit this week as “wrapping up” the second of its three phases.
