Russian-DPRK “humanitarian ties” should be expanded, Primorye vice-governor said

For the second time in a week, North Korean and Russian officials are meeting to discuss boosting cooperation, this time with a DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) delegation holding talks with local leadership in Vladivostok.

People-to-people exchanges were the key item on the agenda for a meeting on Tuesday between the two sides, the Primorye administration’s official website reported.
