North Korea’s top official in the foreign ministry in charge of denuclearization negotiations with the U.S., Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Choe Son Hui, is traveling to Sweden for an “international conference,” South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency reported Tuesday.

Met by reporters in Beijing after arriving on an Air Koryo flight from Pyongyang just before noon Tuesday, Choe reportedly said she would be “speaking at an international conference in Sweden.”

While Choe did not provide further details of the conference or meeting in question, it is possibly part of ongoing preparations for a second summit between U.S. President Donald Trump
