Mongolian foreign minister wraps up three-day visit to North Korea

Two countries agree on maintaining "friendly and cooperative relations"

Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs Damdin Tsogtbaatar wrapped up a three-day visit to North Korea on Tuesday, DPRK state media said, having agreed to maintain ongoing diplomatic relations and cooperation surrounding disaster prevention and control.

The cooperation and diplomatic good-will comes despite the U.S. continuing to advocate members of the international community cut or downgrade economic and political ties with North Korea.
