Air Koryo to cut Beijing service to two weekly flights in January: sources

N. Korean airliner will only offer about 400 seats per week from Chinese capital to Pyongyang

North Korea's national airline will stop operating its Beijing-Pyongyang service on Thursdays throughout at least the month of January, multiple sources told NK News, bringing the number of weekly flights between the capitals to just two per week.

The development means that Air Koryo will for at least January fly just six international round-trips per week: Beijing (twice), Vladivostok (twice), and Shenyang (twice).
