U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on Friday North Korea is now a "global" threat which must be handled by a joint response from all countries, during remarks with Secretary General of the Community of Democracies Thomas Garrett in Washington.
Tillerson's comments follow another North Korean intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) test earlier in the day which flew across Japan, once again spiking tensions in the region.
