Russia, China should “pay dearly” for passing UNSC resolution: N. Korea

Statement pledges "physical action" against countries supporting sanctions

An organization linked to North Korea's ruling party said members of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), including China and Russia, should “pay dearly" for passing a fresh resolution, in a statement carried by the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Tuesday.

The 15 council members on Saturday unanimously voted to impose a new resolution on North Korea which is estimated to cut the country’s export revenues by USD$1 billion.
