Moldova MFA contradicts President on North Korea wine exports

MFA says wine exports would not occur while UNSC sanctions are in place

Moldova is not exporting domestic wines to North Korea and will not do so as long as UN sanctions are in place, a spokesperson for the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) told NK News.

The comments directly contradict those of Moldova’s President Igor Dodon, who said on June 30 in a meeting with a North Korean delegation that Moldovan wine would shortly be on its way to the DPRK.
