Nuclear-tipped ballistic missiles in the hands of the “volatile” Kim Jong Un are “a recipe for disaster,” the head of the U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) said on Tuesday.

“Combining nuclear warheads with ballistic missile technology in the hands of a volatile leader like Kim Jong Un is a recipe for disaster,” U.S. Pacific Command Commander Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr. said at a forum in Tokyo hosted by the Sasakawa Peace Foundation.
