Speed limits as low as five kilometers per hour introduced around key statues in Pyongyang

Speed limits as low as five kilometers per hour have been introduced around key sites of reverence towards the North Korean leadership, NK News has learned.

The speed limits, which mostly force vehicles to slow to under 30 kilometers per hour (19 miles per hour), have been implemented around at least four sites throughout the Pyongyang area, sources who regularly visit or work inside North Korea said.
