North Korea reiterates call for military talks

Hard-line anti-North newspaper suggests there may be need to 'listen' to Pyongyang

North Korea on Tuesday once again urged Seoul to hold military talks with Pyongyang, saying that North Korea's intent to resolve the current inter-Korean deadlock through the dialogue remains unchanged.
