Pyongyang's fourth nuclear test has solidified Washington-Tokyo alliance, expert says

The U.S. Armed Forces have deployed 26 stealth jets, including F-22s and F-16s, to Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, with Japan citing North Korea’s recent nuclear test as part of the rationale.
