South Korea’s top nuclear envoy Hwang Joon-kook will visit Russia next week to discuss the resumption of the Six-Party Talks, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Seoul said on February 17.

Hwang will be in Moscow from February 23-25, where he will likely meet Igor Morgulov, Russia’s deputy foreign minister and point man on North Korean nuclear issues.
