North Korean cyberterrorism infrastructure “expanding”, says HP report

Expansion comes despite antiquated technology and lack of resources

The North Korean government is making significant efforts to expand its cyberterrorism infrastructure and capabilities, according to a report by Hewlett-Packard.

The report, which was released in August under the name "Profiling an enigma: The mystery of North Korea’s cyber threat landscape", notes North Korea's "remarkable commitment to developing cyber warfare capabilities even as it copes with ageing infrastructure".
