Efforts to breach North Korea’s information wall are “futile” attempts to spy on and brainwash its people, according to an editorial in pro-North Korea outlet Uriminzokkiri.

In a reference proposed at the recent Hack North Korea event in San Francisco, the editorial said that instead of being “humiliated by illusions of grandeur,” the United States should focus on its own “jeopardized and pathetic” state.
