Televised news from North Korea this week continued its coverage of sports and domestic development projects. Kim Jong Un’s New Year’s Address was cited in numerous reports describing how workers from various industries were arduously laboring to improve their output. The government also announced who the election committee members for the 13th Supreme Peoples Assembly will be and citizens participated in North Korea’s “first day of sports” in 2014.
