NEW YORK CITY – Slamming external interference in Syria and calling again for the dismantling of the “UN Command” as a misuse of the UN’s name, Pak Kil Yon, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, spoke Tuesday on the final day the UN’s annual General Debate.
