South Korea offers talks on family reunions for August 23

SEOUL – South Korea on Friday set a date for the two Koreas to recommence talks to reunite families divided during the Korean War.

Yonhap News reported that the Korea National Red Cross today sent a message to the North asking that talks commence on the 23rd of August, in the border village of Panmunjom.
