N. Korea proposes round seven of Kaesong talks on August 14

LONDON - South Korea has accepted North Korean proposals to resume inter-government dialogue on the future of the Kaesong Industrial Complex on August 14.

North Korea's proposal to resume talks came nine days after South Korea requested "final talks" on the re-opening of Kaesong, a touchstone of inter-Korean economic cooperation that has been closed since April.
