Update 1:07PM GMT – Two Koreas have agreed to hold working level talks at Tongilgak on July 6 at 10 AM

SEOUL – South Korea has proposed holding talks with North Korea on July 6 regarding the “normalization” of the Kaesong Industrial Complex, a spokesperson for South Korea’s Ministry of Unification said on Thursday.

If the North accepts, the talks would be held in the inter-Korean border area at Panmunjom, and would discuss outstanding issues surrounding equipment inspection and the transfer of products and materials by business owners, Ministry of Unification spokesman Kim Hyung-sok said.
