WASHINGTON DC -North Korea today lashed out against South Korea for conducting military training flights and rejecting the terms it set out yesterday to establish dialogue.
State media outlet KCNA accused the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) of staging a "war drill" to invade "Chungju, near North Chungchong Province". It made the accusation following South Korean media reports of a number of recent air force training missions.
