After Annual Holiday, North Korea Sends ‘Ultimatum’ To Seoul

Latest warning carries potential olive branch by detailing potential exit route to spiralling tensions

WASHINGTON DC – North Korean state media released a strongly-worded “ultimatum” against South Korea this morning, following days of gradually increasing calm on the peninsula.
