On Tuesday, the Institute of World Politics hosted General Kyung-Soon Chang of the Korean National Movement for the Protection of Freedom to speak about two prominent U.S. issues of concern in Northeast Asia, nuclear security on the Korean Peninsula and the expansion of China’s sphere of influence in the region.
