North Korea procured $4 million worth of rye wheat flour from Russia from January to April, becoming one of the top importers of the product, official data shows.

The Agroexport Center, an export promotion arm of Russia’s Agriculture Ministry, did not clarify the size of the delivery in a social media post on Friday, only noting that the dollar value marked a 1.7-fold increase from the same period last year.

North Korea also became the fourth-largest importer of Russian flour, behind Mongolia, Afghanistan and top buyer China.
