The Russian Embassy in Seoul appeared to cancel an expected outdoor war rally on the fourth anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine, moving it behind closed doors amid pressure over its growing military ties with North Korea. 

Bystanders, police officers and protesters told NK News that the embassy scaled back the event in support of the Russian military and held it on embassy grounds, instead of a nearby outdoor plaza as initially scheduled Tuesday.
