North Korea used drones to monitor the premises of its new Wonsan Kalma resort during Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s trip for talks with leader Kim Jong Un in July, Moscow has revealed.

Maria Zakharova, the Russian foreign ministry spokesperson, reportedly made the remark on the sidelines of the Wings of Sakhalin forum in the Russian Far East on Sunday.
