Russia’s emergency ministry visits North Korea for talks on disaster management

Official says Moscow is ready to share know-how as new DPRK ministry looks to avoid repeat of last year’s floods

A delegation from Russia’s emergencies ministry has landed in North Korea for talks on cooperation in disaster management, as a new Pyongyang ministry intensifies focus on the issue during the summer rainy season.
