Joe Biden’s legacy on North Korea is a whole lot of nothing

US president carried on a bipartisan tradition of deprioritizing Pyongyang, even as it further developed its nukes

Outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden did not have a successful approach to North Korea. Alert readers will note the use of “approach,” as opposed to “strategy” or “policy,” because it’s not clear that Biden’s team ever truly had either.
