A recently released mobile and computer application will allow North Koreans easy access to the country’s laws and regulations, the state-run outlet Arirang-Meari reported Friday.

The new app is titled “Duty” 2.0, though it is not clear what company developed the app, or why there is no mention of an app titled “Duty” 1.0 in past state media reporting.

“This reading system is a mobile phone and computer program for reading the DPRK’s laws and regulations,” Arirang-Meari reported, adding that it is “attracting interest from users.”
