Seoul would take steps to interdict North Korea’s maritime traffic if Washington requested it, South Korea’s defense minister said on Friday.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Tuesday called for the international community to “take additional measures to enhance maritime security” in the aftermath of North Korea’s test of the Hwasong-15 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).
