U.S. President Donald Trump has said that he has tried to befriend Kim Jong Un and that "maybe" someday he will succeed, in an unusual tweet sent on Sunday.
The President, who is currently in Vietnam for the summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, also criticised the North Korean leader for personal insults against him.
