It’s safe to say that North Korea is waiting with baited breath for the results of South Korea’s Presidential election. By Wednesday morning, like the rest of us, they will know who will rule the South for the next five years. And Pyongyang is, no doubt, preparing the steps it will take once the result is known. Let me just get straight to the point: post-election, the chances of a provocation, a sixth nuclear test or another ICBM launch, will be much higher.
