Pyongyang on Thursday announced that it will subject Seoul to an “extreme offensive” followed by “ruthless physical measures” if it continues to refuse inter-Korean dialogue.

The statement, published by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), added that Seoul will meet its “doomed fate” if it continues to slander Pyongyang.
